509 Rewards Terms and Conditions
Tiered Loyalty Status System
Tiers are defined by tier points earned. Once you accumulate enough points to reach a higher tier, you’ll automatically be upgraded. Points reset annually on January 1st, but if you qualify for a higher tier during the year, you’ll enjoy those benefits through the next calendar year. Earned tier points will reset for all loyalty members at midnight on January 1, 2025, and then every calendar year following.
If a loyalty member graduates to a higher tier during a calendar year, then that member will maintain that tier status for the subsequent calendar year. For example, if a member graduates to the Choice tier, they will enjoy the benefits of the Choice tier for the entire year after their tier points are reset on January 1st. If, by the end of 2024, you do not meet the requirements for Choice, you will be moved down to Select for the start of 2025 but will move up to Choice as soon as you meet the points requirement for Choice. You cannot move down a tier or multiple tiers in your first calendar year.
Tier rewards are cumulative. If a member is in Prime, they will receive the higher of the two rewards. For example, a Prime member would be eligible to earn points at 1.25x the Select Tier rate Sunday through Thursday but also be eligible to earn points at 1.5x the Choice Tier rate on online orders. Should they place an online order through any 509 Hospitality website on Wednesday night, they will earn points 1.5x the rate of the Select Tier.
