How do I join the 509 Hospitality Rewards Club

There are a few different ways you can join that we’ve outlined below.

Option 1: You can use the “Sign Up Here” link below to sign up directly on the website. You’ll navigate to the website, click sign up, fill in the required fields, and click submit. Sign Up Here!

Option 2: Using one of the app links on our landing page, you can download the app. Once the app is downloaded, open the app, click the email icon, then click “Sign Up” at the bottom of the screen. The app will then guide you through the signup process.

Option 3: If you’re dining at one of the restaurants, your server will leave you with a 509 Rewards Club information card. You can scan the QR code on the card with your camera on your mobile device and will be navigated to the website to complete sign-up using the steps from the first option.

How do I get my points added to my account?

Your server should ask if you are a rewards member before closing your check, but if they don’t, you should alert them to your member status. They will get your check associated with your rewards account, and your points will be automatically calculated and added to your account at the time of payment.

A QR code will print on your payment receipt if your account is not associated with the check before payment. If you use the 509 Rewards Club app, you can open the app, click on the side menu and select “Scan Receipt.” From there, you can click “Scan QR Code,” and it will pull up an in-app camera to scan the QR code. Once it scans, it will automatically close the scanner, and then you will click the submit button at the bottom of the screen.

If you are not using the 509 Rewards Club app, you can email rewardsclub@509hospitality.com with a photo of your receipt and the number or email address associated with your rewards account, and our team will manually add the points to your account.

How do I redeem rewards?

When you dine-in or order takeout from any 509 locations, you earn yearly and bankable points as a rewards member. Yearly points determine your rewards club tier and only change with a purchase or when points reset for the year. Bankable points are spendable and can be used to access rewards. For example, once you have earned 200 bankable points, you could use those points to redeem a $5 off reward or choose to continue saving your reward points to reach bigger rewards. Bankable points do not expire or reset, but the rewards you redeem with your points do have an expiration date, so you should redeem them when you’ll be using them soon.

From the website: Login to your account and click on the “Redeem Points” tab. You will see your bankable point balance on the right and rewards you can “buy” with your points on the left. Select the reward you wish to “buy” and click “add to cart.” Then on the right side of the screen, click “check out.” When you enter a restaurant, and the server pulls up your rewards account, the reward will be visible, and they can apply it to your check. If you’re ordering from the app or our website, make sure you are logged in to your rewards account, and at check out, you will see an option under the Payment Information section to apply eligible rewards. The reward you “bought” will appear there to be applied to the order.

From the app: Open your 509 Rewards Club app and tap on the present icon where it says “redeem points.” It will take you to the Redeem Points screen, where you will see your bankable point balance and rewards you can “buy” with your points. Tap on the reward you want, and a pop-up will ask you to confirm; click yes. When you enter a restaurant, and the server pulls up your rewards account, the reward will be visible, and they can apply it to your check. If you’re ordering from the app or our website, make sure you are logged in to your rewards account, and at check out, you will see an option under the Payment Information section to apply eligible rewards. The reward you “bought” will appear there to be applied to the order.
